چکیده
We tested the capacity of antibodies RB733, RB734, RB766, RB767, RB768, RB769, RB770, RB771, RB772 and RB773 to recognize by ELISA three different molecular forms human cardiac troponin T isoform 6 (cTnT): an N-terminal peptide (Nter-cTnT), full-length cTnT protein (FL-cTnT) I-T-C complex (ITC-complex). Our results show that RB734 specifically recognizes region as well alone ITC-complex. or in ITC-complex but not peptide. RB768 RB769 I (cTnI) proteins.

Control of brucellosis among farm animals, wildlife and humans require reliable diagnosis. Rose Bengal serological test (RBT) is based on lipopolysaccharide antigen of Brucella, which may cross react with other gram-negative bacteria and produce false positive result. متن کاملNanobodies and recombinant binders in cell biology
Antibodies are key reagents to investigate cellular processes. The development of recombinant antibodies and binders derived from natural protein scaffolds has expanded traditional applications, such as immunofluorescence, binding arrays, and immunoprecipitation. In addition, their small size and high stability in ectopic environments have enabled their use in all areas of cell research, includ...

OBJECTIVES To introduce a novel nanoparticle-based immunoassay for cardiac troponin I (cTnI) utilizing chimeric antibody fragments and to demonstrate that removal of antibody Fc-part and antibody chimerization decrease matrix related interferences. DESIGN AND METHODS A sandwich-type immunoassay for cTnI based on recombinant chimeric (mouse variable/human constant) antigen binding (cFab) antib...
متن کاملRegeneration of the skeleton by recombinant human bone morphogenetic proteins.
Recombinant human bone morphogenetic proteins (rhBMPs) have past a long journey in human orthopaedic surgery during the last 15 years. From the first reports of the use of rhBMPs in hostile environments such as critically-sized bone defects, avascular femoral head necrosis, unstable thoracolumbar vertebral fractures, instability between the atlas and axis due to rheumatoid arthritis; over the u...
